This 4-ingredient smoothie bowl is tangy, fluffy, and a great vehicle for granola, fruit, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and a variety of other toppings. This makes it super customizable for your cravings and dietary needs. Plus, the flavor reminds me of peach rings candy!
The liquid egg whites add a big boost of protein, but you can add your favorite protein powder if you want even more protein. Naturally gluten-free and can be dairy-free as well, depending on the toppings you choose.
If you’ve never tried passionfruit before, I recommend giving it a try. My local Walmart carries it. Look for it in your local grocery store with the other frozen fruit.

Ingredients
1 frozen peach or about a cup
1/2 cup frozen passionfruit
1/2 cup pasteurized liquid egg whites
Sweetener of choice to taste (I use pure stevia powder)
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional but good)
Directions
Blend until smooth and top with your favorite toppings! A perfect summer treat or meal. I like to make it when I’m sick as well, as it’s full of vitamin C. Makes one serving.
