Easy egg-free waffles (baby-friendly 6+ months)

Whip up breakfast for yourself and your baby at the same time with these easy egg-free waffles! They are fluffy, thick, nutritious and delicious! So many waffle recipes out there make a giant batch, but this one is just the right size for two or three eaters. Plus, you’d never guess it’s missing eggs!

You can use whole wheat or more oat flour instead of all-purpose for extra whole grains, and add whatever toppings suit you and your crew. Leftovers store well in the fridge for a couple days.
