Rich chocolate flavor, fudgy gooeyness, and the smooth crunch of chocolate chips — I’m salivating just thinking about it! This 5-minute high-protein edible brownie batter is for chocolate lovers, sweet tooths, fitness enthusiasts, busy bees, and everything in-between. It’s quick, easy, filling, and healthy — earning its spot as my go-to healthy dessert lately!
And if you’re looking at the ingredient list like, “Wait, I’m not the biggest fan of peanut butter,” don’t worry! The peanut butter flavor from the PB Fit is super subtle. The chocolate is definitely the star, masking the peanut flavor, while the PB Fit adds the perfect smooth, gooey texture while being high in protein and low in fat. Trust me and give it a try — I really don’t think you’ll regret it!

Products Used in This Recipe:
- PB Fit powdered peanut butter
- Oat Flour (This one is lower calorie and high-protein than any others I’ve found.)

- The non-toxic glazed bowls I’m obsessed with (perfect for single-serve desserts like this!)
- My favorite measuring spoon set
Sweetener Options I Use: (I like them all)
- Pure Stevia Extract Powder (lasts forever and I don’t notice any aftertaste unless I use too much)
- Coconut Sugar
- Stevia Drops
- Zero-Calorie Sweetener

Ingredients
5 tbsp PB Fit/powdered peanut butter
3 tbsp oat flour
1 – 1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder (I recommend dutch-process)
Vanilla Creme Stevia Drops to taste (see notes)
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional; I like ChocZero milk chocolate chips)
About ¼ cup – 5 tbsp liquid or milk of choice (I actually prefer water)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except liquid.
- Add liquid gradually, stirring as you go, until it looks smooth and thick like brownie batter.
- Enjoy! Great as a dip for crackers, on rice cakes, or straight from the bowl with a spoon.
Notes
- I love using Vanilla Creme Stevia Drops for this recipe because it’s two-in-one (vanilla flavor and sweetener). However, you can also use vanilla flavoring and a separate sweetener of choice. I have linked some of my favorites above under “Products used in this recipe.”
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What sweeteners work for this recipe?
A: You can use almost anything! my favorite is Vanilla Creme Stevia Drops because then you don’t need to add extra vanilla in addition to the sweetener. But other options I like are a pure stevia extract powder, a granulated sweetener like Lakanto (the Allulose one with Monk Fruit), or Coconut Sugar. You can also use liquid sweetener like honey or maple syrup if you prefer. Just adjust the liquid/milk accordingly.
Q: Can this be made dairy-free?
A: Yes, and it’s super easy! Just use water or plant-based milk and dairy-free chocolate chips!
Q: Can I make this ahead and store it for later?
A: Absolutely! You can store it in an air-tight container in the fridge for about 3-5 days. It would be a fantastic breakfast or post-workout snack on-the-go.
Q: Can I use regular peanut butter instead of PB Fit/powdered peanut butter?
A: Technically you could, but you’ll get much less volume and protein. I don’t recommend it for this recipe.
